Our Adult ADHD Support Group brings together Manitobans living with ADHD — online, from wherever you are — for honest conversation, shared strategies, and the relief of being understood.
Who the group is for

Whether you were diagnosed last week or twenty years ago, the group is a place to bring whatever you are working through.

No formal diagnosis required, if ADHD describes your experience, you’re welcome.

Sometimes a theme, sometimes a free-flowing discussion led by volunteer facilitators.
