A room full of people who get it.

Our Adult ADHD Support Group brings together Manitobans living with ADHD — online, from wherever you are — for honest conversation, shared strategies, and the relief of being understood.

Who the group is for

  • DIAGNOSED ADULTS

Whether you were diagnosed last week or twenty years ago, the group is a place to bring whatever you are working through.

  • SELF-IDENTIFIED

No formal diagnosis required, if ADHD describes your experience, you’re welcome.
